더튠(The Tune)은 전통음악 모티브에 현대적 이미지와 감수성을 더해 특정장르에 국한하지 않는 특유의 음악적 영역을 구축해 온 국악밴드이다. 다양한 음악씬에서 활동하던 뮤지션들이 모여 2013년 결성하였고, 한국의 샤머니즘, 노동요, 전통장단 등에서 창작의 모티브를 찾아 오늘의 시선으로 해석한 에너지 넘치는 음악으로 월드뮤직 영역을 개척해왔다.

2024년 전주세계소리축제 소리프론티어 대상 수상 이후, 지속적인 음악창작작업과 앨범 발매, 공연발표 등 국내외 활동기반을 꾸준히 다져왔다. 2018년 본격적인 해외공연을 시작으로 지금까지 J. F. 케네디 센터, 링컨센터를 비롯한 15개국 20여개 도시의 월드뮤직페스티벌을 투어하며 국악창작의 지평을 넓혀왔고 그들만의 개성있는 무대를 확장하고 있다.

THE TUNE is a Korean traditional music band that presents creative Korean traditional music that is highly experimental with different musical colors such as traditional percussion instruments, haegeum, keyboard, vocals, percussion, Piri, and Taepyeongso. They finds creative motifs from Korean shamanism, labor songs, and traditional rhythms, and moves them by today's perspective to create music full of energy regardless of genre.

It was formed in 2013 by musicians who were active in various music scenes, and since winning the 2014 Jeonju Sori Festival Sori Frontier Grand Prize, They have been steadily laying the groundwork for domestic and foreign activities such as continuous creative work, album release and concert. Based on this, from 2019 to now, THE TUNE has been expanding the stage of its activities at various world music festivals around the world.
